One night rentals begin at the base price of Ella tent $275 Belle tent $375 ​Tents come standard as a lounge experience. You choose the amount of beds needed for your set up! We require 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your date. Full invoice amount is due 14 days prior to your event. Twin luxury air beds- $15/each, twin memory foam beds- $25/each, and memory foam Queen beds- $40/each. ​We require a $100 refundable incidental deposit for each rental. ​ Rental includes set-up, decor, pick-up and delivery (within 20 miles of 63122). There is an additional fee for locations outside of the noted free delivery area. Experience Enhancements incur an additional fee.

Ella: We need about 20(ish) square feet and flat grass/dirt. ​ Belle: We nee about 30(ish) square feet and flat grass/dirt. ​ Once you provide an address, we will also check out the space on Google Earth but we rely on you measuring your space as well. Please make sure the space is ready for set-up and poop free!

There are various factors (i.e. weather, distance, traffic, etc.) that go into our arrival time. We will work with you to determine an optimal time a day or two before your event. Set-up/tear-down may take up to 2 hours per tent. We will go as quickly as possible!

Our tents come in different sizes and so do people! In terms of beds: The Ella tent can comfortably accommodate 1 Queen, 1 Queen + 1 Twin or up to 3 Twins The Belle tent can comfortably accommodate 2 Queens or up to 6 Twins. P.S. You can fit more sleeping bags in there too, it is roomy!

Absolutely! You receive a 10% discount on any additional tents rented on the same date.

Sure! We offer 20% off the second (or third or tenth!) night rate when you reserve for more than 1 night. Subject to availability.

Our luxe memory foam and airbeds mattresses come with a mattress protector, sheet, standard pillows, throw pillows, and a throw blanket. Weather permitting, you may need more blankets and/or a sleeping bag.

The in-tent projector come with a wireless projector and Roku that connects to your home WIFI to stream your subscription services (i.e. Netflix, Amazon, etc.).We also include detailed instructions and additional cables for connecting to your laptop/tablet. No access to electricity needed!

The canvas tent is weatherproof. Light rain: We’ve got you covered…ahem...tent pun. Severe weather: We will work with you to reschedule. Safety of our crew and our tenters are top priority and Reschedule dates are based on availability.

We understand things may change. You can receive a full refund if you contact us 14 days before your reservation date. Cancellations within 14 days may can be applied to a different date (based on availability).

Yes! We offer dollar denomination gift certificates.

Our Indoor Experiences have a minimum requirement of 4 tents-$300. You may request up to 10 tents total for an additional $75 each tent. Each tent measures 3.5 wide and 6ft long. Tents can be configured various ways. We will discuss this during our Design Consultation that is included.

We understand things may change. The 50% deposit fee is non-refundable but is transferable to a future date if you notify us at least 14 days prior to your event. The rescheduled event must be within 90 days of your original event date and is subject to availability. There are no refunds for costs incurred with specialty design items and/or personalized event enhancements (i.e. eye masks, robes, etc.).
